Акцентируется внимание на необходимости обучения специалистов по обеспечению развития творческих состояний личности, поскольку, с одной стороны, в настоящее время активируется творческий аспект большинства профессий и актуальной становится подготовка таких специалистов, с другой стороны, процесс подготовки требует научно-методического обеспечения, позволяющего организовать его на теоретико-методологической основе, детерминирующей отбор комплементарных методов обучения и содержания.

The article focuses on the need to train specialists to ensure the development of creative states of personality, since, on the one hand, the creative aspect of most professions is currently being activated and the training of such specialists is becoming relevant, and, on the other hand, the training process requires scientific and methodological support, allowing it to be organized on a theoretical and methodological basis that determines selection of complementary teaching content and methods.
