Изучаются возможности внедрения микрообучения в систему современного дополнительного профессионального образования в рамках дистанционного формата корпоративного обучения. Микрообучение позволяет повысить гибкость используемых в сфере корпоративного образования образовательных технологий и обеспечивает большее соответствие запросам компании в отношении квалификации и компетенций персонала.

The article is devoted to the study of the possibility of introducing micro-education into the system of modern additional professional education within the framework of the long-distance corporate training format. Micro-education makes it possible to increase the flexibility of educational technologies used in the field of corporate education and to better meet the company's requirements regarding the qualifications and competencies of personnel.
