Говоря о направлениях развития во всех сферах Азербайджанской Республики, переживающей 21-й год своей независимости, можно увидеть, насколько прозрачны и понятны эти направления. После обретения независимости, в процессе поиска цивилизованных, демократических моделей построения нового общества, интеграция мирового опыта обновления системы образования приобрела большой масштаб. Тенденция развития, наблюдаемая во всех сферах жизни общества, начиная с экономической сферы, порождает оптимистические представления о будущем нашей страны.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Education, being a strategically important sphere of activity of each state, determines the political, economic, social and cultural development of this state and forms the moral values of the newly emerging society. Therefore, each sovereign state pays special attention to the development of education. Speaking about the directions of development in all spheres of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is experiencing the 21st year of its independence, one can see how transparent and understandable these directions are. After gaining independence, in the process of searching for civilized, democratic models of building a new society, the integration of world experience in updating the education system has acquired a large scale.
