Приведено обоснование общих законов и правил, определяющих процедуру формирования системы эквивалентов подготовки на тренажёрах практической подготовке на судах (кодекса принципов). Полученный результат является основой для непосредственной разработки указанной системы эквивалентов, включающей в себя методику зачёта подготовки на тренажёре в счёт стажа плавания и создающей условия для реализации концепции эквивалентов при подготовке будущих судоводителей и других морских специалистов.

The article provides a rationale for the general laws and rules that determine the procedure for forming a system of equivalents of training on simulators to onboard training (code of principles). The obtained result is the basis for the direct development of the said system of equivalents, which includes a method for crediting training on a simulator towards the seagoing service and creates conditions for the implementation of the concept of equivalents in the training of future navigators and other marine specialists.
