На сегодняшний день здоровьесберегающая система является не только важной частью системы образования, но и национальной безопасности страны. Чтобы вырастить здоровую нацию, необходимо прививать здоровьесбережение с детства. Часть обязанностей по укреплению здоровья в школах возложена на учителей физической культуры. Педагог способен правильно и компетентно передать знания о здоровом образе жизни подрастающему поколению, формировать мотивацию к двигательной активности и личной гигиене.

Today, the health-preserving system is not only an important part of the education system, but also of the country’s national security. In order to raise a healthy nation, it is necessary to instill health-preserving behavior from childhood. Some of the responsibilities for promoting health in schools are assigned to physical education teachers. The teacher is able to correctly and competently convey knowledge about a healthy lifestyle to the younger generation, create motivation for physical activity and personal hygiene.
