Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования выбора менеджерами стратегии поведения в конфликте, а также наличие связи между уровнем стрессоустойчивости у менеджера среднего звена и выбором стратегии поведения в конфликте.

The article presents the results of an empirical study of managers' choice of a strategy of behavior in conflict, as well as the presence of a link between the level of stress tolerance of a middle manager and the choice of a strategy of behavior in conflict.
