Historiography of adaptive gamification in the preparation of future IT specialists for business communication

Abstract
The article is devoted to the historiographical analysis of adaptive gamification as a tool for preparing future IT specialists for business communication. The author identifies three key stages of gamification development: initial, experimental and systemic. Special attention is paid to the use of game simulators and platforms for the development of soft skills among IT specialists. In the future, further development of AI gamification and VR simulations is expected, which will increase the effectiveness of training for business communication.
