Abstract

The article discusses the implementation of flexible Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework in the education system – in schools and universities – based on a theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign experience. Particular attention is paid to the relationship of these approaches with the processes of digital transformation and the development of EdTech. The principles of Agile / Scrum and their adaptation to the educational environment are analyzed, examples of application in general and higher education are given (including key EdTech platforms and distance learning), the main advantages of training and the difficulties encountered during implementation are highlighted. Research and practice have shown that Agile approaches can increase the flexibility and efficiency of the educational process, enhance motivation and involvement of students, and develop their collaboration and self-organization skills in demand in the digital economy. At the same time, the need for methodological support and step-by-step implementation of changes that consider the specifics of the educational process is emphasized. It is concluded that the integration of Agile methods in education is a promising direction of a progressive education system in the 21st century, requiring further research and careful application in practice.
