Abstract

This article examines the problem of improving the marksmanship training of future officers in the context of the transformation of modern military education. It analyzes scientific research on adaptive learning, personalization of the educational process, and improvement of marksmanship training methods for military personnel. Based on the identified scientific prerequisites, an adaptive educational-elective model of marksmanship training for future officers has been developed, providing for flexible adjustment of the training content based on the results of the pedagogical training. The structure of the pedagogical model is disclosed, including target-based, diagnostic-analytical, adaptive-elective, organizational-activity, and control-corrective blocks. The functioning of the model is ensured by the principles of adaptability, electivity, and continuous feedback. A distinctive feature of the proposed model is the use of the results of intermediate diagnostic assessments as a basis for the instructor to select the optimal content and sequence of study for individual sections of the "Firearms Training" discipline without changing the requirements of the educational program. The presented model is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the formation of fire training of future officers by adapting the educational process to the current level of preparedness of the training platoon.
