The relationship between burnout syndrome and strategies for coping with stress in doctors of the Kursk region

The article analyzes domestic and foreign studies devoted to the study of coping behavioral strategies in psychology. Psychological issues related to the study of burnout among doctors are being raised. Based on an empirical study, the results of the indicators of burnout syndrome and strategies for coping with stress among doctors from the Kursk region are described.
The practical application of the results of this study will contribute to the improvement of the system of psychological support for doctors. This article is intended as a recommendation.
