Abstract

The current stage of society's development is characterized by the complexity of labor processes, increasing demands on human resources, which causes increased psychological tension among employees. This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction and the level of conflict in an organization, as both factors have an impact on employee productivity and psychological well-being. The results of an empirical study conducted on the basis of the St. Petersburg tourism organization showed low job satisfaction and an increased level of conflict among employees, confirming the presence of a strong negative correlation between the two indicators. The findings point to the need to improve working conditions and develop effective conflict management strategies to increase employee satisfaction and reduce conflict in the organization.
