On the specifics of pedagogical techniques in teaching philosophy to students of engineering specialties

This article examines specific methods of teaching philosophy to engineering students. The pedagogical potential of the philosophy of engineering and the philosophy of technology for students to acquire the necessary competencies in the process of studying the discipline "Philosophy" is explored. The main idea of the article is that classical questions of philosophy receive a new and modern sound in the philosophy of technology. A number of examples of cognitive situations are presented in which fundamentally philosophical questions are transformed into questions about the essence of modern technology. The article aims to demonstrate the inherent unity of philosophical questioning and technical creativity.
