Abstract

The article discusses a topic that allows for the integration of educational, patriotic, and applied aspects in the physical education of university students during their extracurricular activities. It advocates a comprehensive, integrated, and highly motivated approach where physical activity is not perceived as a chore, but rather as an integral part of a fun and meaningful process.
