Abstract
This article examines the education system in Singapore, focusing on the foundations of education, which are rooted in the shared cultural values of a multinational nation. It demonstrates that fostering a culture of conflict-free coexistence and mediation begins in school, continues at university, and continues directly through the workforce throughout life. The article explores the unique nature of the Singapore education system, which is distinguished by its broad definition of "education" and its implementation within the paradigm of "Shaping the Future of Our Nation." It demonstrates that the foundation of the education system is a highly motivated teacher and mentor, whose efforts are aimed at bringing out the best in each student, individually addressing their strengths and interests. Respected in Singaporean society, teachers are committed to the comprehensive development of students' creativity, teamwork, conflict-free behavior, and compassion. They instill universal values such as respect, responsibility, resilience, and honesty, and foster a joy of learning. Thus, the individual's personality is shaped from childhood, and its cultural, ethical, moral, mediative, and professional characteristics are a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the family, society, and the country. The state's meritocratic policy creates motivation for lifelong learning. The research findings can be applied in modernizing the Russian Federation's education system.
