Abstract
The article examines the psychological features of leadership as an important phenomenon in modern society. Leadership is defined as the process of influence and interaction between a leader and their subordinates in order to achieve a common goal. It includes an analysis of theories, personal qualities, behavior, and methods for developing leadership skills. A leader is a person who holds a specific status in a team, possesses certain personal qualities, and actively influences the group, guiding its members towards achieving a common goal.
