Abstract
The article is devoted to the important and urgent problem of developing a competence model for a new interdisciplinary profession – a coach of creative states (TTS). The author explores the role of a coach of creative states in the modern professional space, considering the activities of a specialist who is at the intersection of pedagogical, psychological, managerial and facilitation disciplines. An integrative model of a coach's professionogram of creative states is proposed, which includes three key components: a workogram, a psychogram, and a sociogram. The relevance of the competence model development is substantiated.
