Interdisciplinary aspects of teaching social and humanitarian disciplines: a synthesis of historical traditions, social responsibility and labor regulation

Abstract

This study substantiates the need to integrate knowledge from various disciplines in the educational process of university students studying in the social sciences and humanities. It examines the general patterns and characteristics of the interrelationships between subjects within the social sciences and humanities, emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary connections. The importance of an interdisciplinary approach is suggested for developing a well-rounded citizen and highly qualified specialist. The reasons for the need for interdisciplinary synthesis in teaching the social sciences and humanities are described. General patterns and characteristics of the interconnections between subjects within the social sciences and humanities are examined, emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary connections. A teaching methodology is proposed that fosters a comprehensive understanding of the world, society, and one's role in it.
