Abstract
The study focuses on the development of professional versatility in future managers, including their acquisition of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and readiness to effectively apply them in their subsequent professional activities. Developing professional versatility is viewed as a critical factor in successfully adapting to changing labor market conditions and improving their professional performance. The need for an integrated approach to the educational process is emphasized, which will enable students to navigate various fields of knowledge, quickly adapt to new economic conditions and technologies, and successfully combine a deep theoretical foundation with the necessary practical skills to solve complex problems in today's competitive environment.
