Teaching humanities in technical universities: current challenges and prospects

Abstract
This article explores the role of humanities in shaping graduates' personal qualities and professional culture. It also outlines the challenges, goals, and objectives of teaching humanities at a technical university. It also highlights several methodological approaches and techniques for studying humanities disciplines. Studying humanities expands the scope of technical students' specialized knowledge. Understanding socioeconomic and sociocultural trends will enable graduates to determine their place and contribution to the development of an innovative economy.
