Human capital development of students in the era of digitalization: challenges and opportunities

In today's competitive environment of educational projects and programs, developing students' human capital with the support of modern higher education institutions is becoming a key to the professional success of not only young people but also faculty and universities as a whole. Today, especially with the development of digital educational technologies, the search for effective strategies and mechanisms for developing students' educational and professional potential has become increasingly important. This article provides an overview of the opportunities and barriers associated with the use of educational innovations by the younger generation and university faculty, as well as a description of the corresponding organizational and pedagogical conditions for developing students' human capital.
