Abstract

The article discusses the pedagogical principles and conditions for the implementation of the corporate training model for software and hardware testers. The peculiarities of applying the principles of consistency, adaptability, practice-orientation and continuity of learning in the context of corporate training are revealed. Pedagogical solutions are proposed to ensure the integration of theory and practice, the use of digital technologies and the development of mentoring. It is shown that compliance with these conditions contributes to the formation of professional competencies and improving the effectiveness of training.

Abstract

Ray Kurzweil in his article in "The Economist" drew attention to the fact that artificial intelligence, revolutionizing the digital world, leads to the transformation of the physical world, primarily in the fields of energy, industrial environment and medicine. This paper examines the impact of artificial intelligence on human socialization and the formation of a sustainable business environment through the prism of digital mediation development and education modernization by expanding crosscutting educational technologies. At the level of relations between individuals, groups, communities, companies, business structures, and states, mutually acceptable dispute resolution, the transfer of impending or existing crises between the parties to their cooperation improves the processes of human socialization, harmonization of society and state relations, increases the efficiency of entrepreneurship and the harmonious development of the business community within the country and internationally. The purpose of the work is to create a model of the mediation process in the context of rapid digitalization of human life using information technology tools, including artificial intelligence, as a key resource for sustainable development of the state and strengthening cooperation between the CIS and BRICS countries, and the formation of Greater Eurasia. The new mediation model requires restructuring the educational process with the involvement of specialists in many areas of training, including jurisprudence, international law, history and culture of the peoples of the world, business customs, etc. The work used methods of system and structural analysis. The subject of the research is mediation, the object is the process of mediation in a multinational multicultural environment using information technologies, including artificial intelligence, with the prospect of transferring a conflict situation into cooperation between the parties. The inclusion of a digital mediation model in the educational process of professional training and the expansion of cross-cutting educational technologies will allow training mediator specialists in various areas of technology and production development, organizing entrepreneurial innovations and doing business, the ability to create socially stable groups of people of different specialties and mentalities in a multicultural environment. Today, in the context of the digital economy, this is important for the socialization of a person and the formation of a sustainable business environment. With the creation of verified mediation data banks, both on national and international platforms, mediation will become an important resource for the sustainable development of states, the formation of interstate production ties, in particular, in the environment of small and medium-sized businesses in the CIS, BRICS, Greater Eurasia.

Professional competencies are mandatory for the professional activities of seafarers whose work is related to ensuring the safety of navigation. However, in the practice of training marine specialists, insufficient attention is paid to the issues of developing professional competence in accordance with the requirements of the STCW Code in the field of ship theory and structure. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need for developing professional competence in the training of marine specialists in the discipline "Ship Theory and Structure", taking into account the content of IMO model courses 7.01. "Master and Chief Mate", 7.03. "Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch", based on the competency-based approach and to experimentally test their effectiveness.

The article deals with the causes of Job Hopping.Generations differ from each other in their worldview, because people are influenced by everything that surrounds them, for example, the events of that time. Differences between generations are due to such reasons as the economic situation of the country, the development of science, technology and ways of transmitting information. Social and cultural factors have a great influence too. The world is changing rapidly, and this is for the better. And at the same time, there are problems associated precisely with large differences in views on everything that happens among people belonging to different generations.
Nowadays, remote and hybrid work, the spread of digital jobs, access to the global employer market, and company failure or downsizing have led to frequent job changes for today's young people. They do not have the intention to work all their lives in one job and link their careers with it.

Abstract

The negative influence of Russian television and radio channels on the restoration of traditional national values of the country's culture, lost as a result of the collapse of the Soviet Union, is substantiated. A comparative and diachronic analysis of the influence of television and radio on the modern socio-cultural situation is carried out. The origin of moral values of modern Westernized culture is substantiated. The spiritual and moral roots of Orthodox culture, which are the basis of the people's value guidelines, are determined. The processes of Westernization and Americanization of domestic media are considered using the example of borrowing artifacts of Western culture in the information space of the Kaliningrad region.

This study presents an analysis of the impact of an interdisciplinary approach in teaching humanities on the formation of competencies related to the further professional activities of agricultural students. The presented research highlights examples of successful application of an interdisciplinary approach to teaching humanities in an agricultural university. These examples demonstrate the readiness of the educational institution to adapt curricula to modern requirements, introduce interdisciplinary courses and programs that contribute to a deeper understanding of the humanities and the formation of necessary competencies among students. Current practice shows that an interdisciplinary approach to teaching humanities in universities is an important tool that contributes to the formation of a holistic and deep understanding of knowledge, the development of critical thinking and creativity, as well as improving students' professional training.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the possibilities of using a system of project and game tasks in teaching Russian as a foreign language (RFL) based on film pedagogy methods. It was hypothesized that the methods of film pedagogy, combining the characteristics of media education, project and game approaches, are effective in teaching RFL, since they correspond to modern audiovisual culture. The study showed that the implementation of project and game tasks based on film pedagogy methods is possible already at the basic level of mastering the Russian language (A2). The conducted research allowed us to verify the hypothesis proposed by the authors about the high linguistic and didactic potential of film pedagogy in teaching Russian as a foreign language.

To improve the quality of professional training of specialists, knowledge in the field of ecology is necessary. Ecological knowledge in the field of aquatic bioresources and aquaculture is aimed at preserving water resources, selecting and using safe technologies for their reproduction. The main objective of the study is to form ecological knowledge when studying the special course "Ecology in an Agrarian University" and to identify the pedagogical conditions for their formation in students of the Timiryazev State Agricultural University in the direction of "Aquatic Bioresources Management" for future professional activities. The importance of environmental training during the training period is confirmed by the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and the professional standard for the formation of competencies in the field of environmental protection. In practice, when studying the discipline "Ecology" in an agricultural university, insufficient attention is paid to the content of the discipline, taking into account the system and technological approaches. Purposeful organization of pedagogical conditions for the acquisition of ecological knowledge, skills, abilities, and the acquisition of experience in using ecological knowledge when studying professional disciplines ensures the quality of training a specialist in the field of aquatic bioresources management. The results of the study showed that the application of the principles of the system-technological approach in the block-modular construction of the discipline "Ecology in an agricultural university" will allow the implementation of professionally oriented environmental training of students in an agricultural university.

Abstract

The article presents a comparative analysis of income tax burden in BRICS countries using simulation modelling. Macroeconomic factors affecting the tax burden are considered, including the level of social inequality, inflation and wage dynamics. The choice of currency for unification of calculations is carried out, resulting in the use of the Chinese yuan (CNY) as the base currency. A simulation model that takes into account stochastic income distribution and progressive taxation scales was developed. The simulation results reveal significant differences in the tax systems of the BRICS countries: China and South Africa exhibit more progressive taxation scales, while Russia and India maintain relatively low tax burdens. The paper confirms the effectiveness of progressive rates to reduce the burden on the poor.

The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between personal maturity and students' values. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that at the student age there is an active formation of identity, a system of values and traits of adulthood, which affects the choice of a life path and social adaptation. The study was conducted on a sample of students using V.A. Ruzhenkov's methods of diagnosing personal maturity and the values questionnaire. Schwartz. The results showed the presence of statistically significant correlations between the indicators of maturity and the focus on the value of security. This indicates that a sense of stability and predictability can be an important resource for the development of a mature personality and the formation of a value-semantic professional Self-concept of future educational psychologists.

This scientific article examines the essence of positive pedagogy or the pedagogy of happiness, which is the key to successful education. The differences between the considered pedagogy and the traditional one are shown, and the conclusion is made about the benefits of the former. The basics and main goals of happiness pedagogy are listed. It reveals why creating a positive and happy learning environment is relevant and has a positive effect on learning, and why it is so necessary. The principles and methods of happiness pedagogy are analyzed, and visual author's schemes are shown. At the end of the scientific article, an important conclusion is made that positive pedagogy is very important and should be applied in an educational environment, as it is one of the most important tools of modern education and training.

Abstract

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the socio-psychological context of the process of patriotism formation in the context of military professional development of military institute cadets. The socio-psychological picture of the factors that have a significant impact on the processes of patriotism formation has been established. A three-component structural model of patriotism of military institute cadets is proposed, including: spiritual-value, personal-activity and social components. The results of the study make it possible to determine the conditions for optimizing the process of military professional socialization of military institute cadets, and can also be used in the development of training programs for the formation of patriotic orientation among future officers.

The article considers the phenomenon of professional responsibility of future officers of the Russian National Guard. The essence of professional responsibility formation in the military environment is analyzed. The opinion of the scientific and pedagogical community on the component structure of professional responsibility and its content is summarized. The methods of forming professional responsibility within the framework of mastering the course of fire training are disclosed in detail, practical tools are presented that can be used to achieve the goal. A historical analysis of the legal training and education of military personnel of law enforcement agencies and structures at various historical stages is carried out. The article is devoted to the historiographical analysis of adaptive gamification as a tool for preparing future IT specialists for business communication. The author identifies three key stages of gamification development: initial, experimental and systemic. Special attention is paid to the use of game simulators and platforms for the development of soft skills among IT specialists. In the future, further development of AI gamification and VR simulations is expected, which will increase the effectiveness of training for business communication.
